The serenity of the cabins + grounds at the beautiful Haymoon Resort in Whitefish, MT.
Imagine this: three nights and four days where time slows down, your breath deepers, and the noise of everyday life gently fades away.
That’s the heart of our Restore Retreat Whitefish.
In an intimate group, we’ll share gentle yoga, guided meditations, and a soothing sound bath ceremony designed to reset your nervous system. You’ll also have spacious hours to nap, journal, explore, or simply be.
And because joy blossoms in creativity and connection, you’ll be invited to three special afternoon activities:
Book Club — cozy conversation with kindred spirits, centered around words that inspire.
Creative Activity — a playful space to participate in the activity.
Sound Bath - feel the vibrational energy as you are bathed by the sound of the bowls, instruments and gongs.
This isn’t just a retreat — it’s a sanctuary. A place where you are free to soften, laugh, rest, and return home renewed.

Most rooms are single rooms with queen beds.
There are limited shared rooms with twin beds and a $75 off the rate is offered for a twin bed in a double room.

Shelle Kuntz
Shelle is the radiant heart behind Mountain Song Yoga, yoga retreats, and teacher trainings. With over 500 hours of advanced training in the tantric tradition at Sattva Yoga Academy and years of dedicated study in Vedic astrology, Shelle has guided hundreds of students into the art of slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering who they truly are.
As a teacher, retreat leader, and eternal student herself, Shelle blends yoga, soulful meditation, sound healing, and creative practices to create experiences that feel less like “programs” and more like coming home to yourself.
Known for her warm presence and her gift of making every person feel seen and supported, Shelle has led retreats across the U.S. and internationally — from Montana to Mexico & the USA to Asia, Europe and beyond.
