About the event

In an intimate group, we’ll share gentle yoga, guided meditations, and a soothing sound bath ceremony designed to reset your nervous system. You’ll also have spacious hours to lay by the pool, nap, journal, explore, or simply be.

And because joy blossoms in creativity and connection, you’ll be invited to three special afternoon activities:

𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞 𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗕  — cozy conversation with kindred spirits, centered around words that inspire.

𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗬 — a playful space to participate in the activity.

Yoga Nidra Under the Stars -  feel your nervous system soften as you are bathed by sounds and a guided journey.
